Return Conditions:

• Items must be in unworn, brand-new condition, as our products cannot be resold or reused once they have been shipped out to you due to cleanliness standards.
• Noticeably used or altered products will not be accepted for return.

Guarantees and Withdrawal: 

Purchases made on the website www.Vibrasoul.org are governed by applicable consumer protection laws. If you made a mistake in your purchase or are not satisfied, you have 15 working days from the delivery date to exercise your right of withdrawal, which allows you to return the product(s) and be reimbursed for the cost. We will accept returns of items in like-new condition and reimburse the purchase cost.

Refunds will be processed within 10 working days of receiving the returned package. The reimbursement options are as follows:
