• Eligibility for Return: Products must be in their original, unused condition and packaging. Custom made or altered items are not eligible for return. Including - Crystal Selenite Pyramids, Double Terminated Crystal Wands, and Hand Crafted Copper Pyramids are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
• Return Window: You have 15 working days from the delivery date to request a return.
• Condition: Items must be returned in like-new condition. Noticeably used or damaged products will not be accepted for return.
