Cancellation Policy 24-Hour Notice Requirement: Clients must cancel their scheduled appointment at least 24 hours in advance to be eligible for rescheduling. Cancellations made within less than 24 hours of the appointment will result in the forfeiture of payment, with no option for rescheduling or refund. Rescheduling: If you cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance, you may reschedule your service for a later date at no additional charge. 2. Refund Policy All Sales Are Final: Payments for services are non-refundable unless the cancellation is initiated by Vibrasoul. Cancellation by Vibrasoul: If Vibrasoul cancels the appointment or event, the client will have the option to either reschedule or receive a full refund.
